Sutton Lake Marina offers deluxe houseboats for rent. 3 day rentals (long weekend) is Friday to Sunday, 4 day is Monday to Thursday, 7 day must rent from either Monday to Sunday or Friday to Thursday. Call us for more information.

Our houseboats are the perfect place to spend comfortable, quality time with family and friends while experiencing the beauty of Sutton Lake. Our original houseboats feature an upper deck with canopy and water slide, fully equipped kitchen, four queen beds, 1 full bath, 1 half bath, gas grill (propane provided), central heat/ac and more! They are identical and are 59′ long and 14′ wide, with more square footage than many apartments. You can swim or fish right off the boat from anywhere on the lake. Sutton Lake’s BRAND NEW houseboat that we have recently launched offers 2 Bedrooms – one with California King Bed and one with 2 Double Beds, 2 FULL Baths (sleeps 6+), ac/heat, a fully equipped kitchen, open and inviting relaxation areas, party deck, gas grill, lower helm steering and MUCH MORE!
